Course Instructor(s)

  • M Mullan

M Mullan is passionate about the power of behavioral treatments to help clients build the values-based life they want. M has extensive training in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open DBT (RO DBT), with training and mentorship from multiple, intensively trained DBT and RO DBT therapists. 2019 was a big year for M, which saw her receive foundational training in DBT through Marsha Linehan's Behavioral Tech Institute and intensive training in RO DBT by Tom Lynch. Over her therapy career, M has led DBT and RO DBT skills classes; participated in DBT and RO DBT consultation groups; and incorporated DBT and RO DBT skills into all levels of eating disorder care. She enjoys making believers out of DBT skeptics, destigmatizing the struggles of those who benefit from DBT and RO DBT, and helping anyone find increased self-actualization through the skills DBT and RO DBT has to offer.
