Lauren Fraley (C-IAYT, E-RYT, YACEP) is a yoga therapist with The Emily Program’s South Sound and Cleveland OP sites. She has supported Emily Program clients at all levels of care since 2018 and guided therapeutic yoga for individuals and groups in a variety of other community and clinical settings. Lauren’s collaborative approach to learning has been honed not just in yoga settings, but from her experience creating community-based art arts education for many ages and backgrounds at Playhouse Square, Cleveland Public Theatre, Maelstrom Collaborative Arts, Children’s Theatre of Charlotte, and CLIMB Theatre. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Administration and Social Psychology from Bowling Green State University. Her C-IAYT yoga therapy diploma was earned through Ajna Yoga College in Victoria, BC, Canada, and her E-RYT 500 obtained through the cultural competency and community-focused Skill in Action yoga teacher training. Lauren is allergic to both house cats and the pollen from her native wildflower and vegetable garden, but they remain two of her very favorite things in the world (in reasonable doses).
